How to create a Sub-Category for a category in Tandora Knowledge Base?

Sub-category is the last level classification in Tandora Knowledge Base. Categories and Products are the higher level classifications of Sub-category. For instance, if you're creating a category about Troubleshooting, you can create Web version, Mobile version as Sub-categories so that you can have the respective articles under each sub category.

To create Sub-Category for a category in Tandora Knowledge Base, follow the below steps:

  • Login to your Tandora Knowledge Base account.
  • On the home page, against the product under which you'd like to create the Sub-Category, click on 'View Categories'.

  • Now click on 'Manage Sub-Categories' button against the category in which you'd like to create the Sub-Category.

  • Now click on 'Add Sub-Category' button located on the top right corner of the screen.

  • In the resultant screen, enter the name of the category and in the drop down choose the category name under which the Sub-category should be created.

  • After finishing the above click on 'Submit' button to create the Sub-Category.
