How to enable / disable FAQ Section on your Tandora Knowledge base?

To enable FAQ section of your Tandora Knowledge Base, follow the below steps:

  • Navigate to the 'Manage' section located on the left pane of your home screen.
  • Click on 'FAQ' option located on the drop down menu.
  • Now enable the check box against 'Is enabled' and click 'Submit' button to enable the FAQ section of your Knowledge Base.

If you'd like to disable the FAQ section on your Knowledge base, deselect the check box against 'Is enabled' and click 'Submit' button to disable the FAQ Section.

Even if FAQ section is disabled, 'Popular articles' section would be displayed by default, where articles with most views will be displayed on it.
