Knowledge Base also termed as Support Centre or Self-Help portal is the customer facing portal.
To enable / disable the customer facing Knowledge Base portal, follow the below steps:
- Navigate to the Manage section located on the left pane of your home screen.
- Click on the 'General Settings' displayed on the drop down menu.
In the resultant screen, click on the check box against 'Enable KB' field and click on 'Submit' button to enable the customer facing Knowledge Base.
- If you'd like to disable the Knowledge Base from being displayed, disable the check mark and click on 'Submit' button for the Knowledge Base from being displayed.
- Typically Knowledge Base will be disabled when articles are being created initially or when articles are out dated and needs to be changed.
