How to add attachments to a Knowledge Base article?

  • If you'd like to add attachments to a Knowledge Base article, navigate to Manage-->Storage located on the left pane of your home screen.
  • In the resultant window, click 'Add Attachment' button located on the top right corner of the screen.

  • Under the article field, choose the article from the drop-down in which you'd want to add the attachment.
  • In the text field, enter the name of the attachment which you'd like to add to the article.
  • Now click on 'Choose File' and select the attachment that you'd like to add from your machine.
  • Click on 'Submit' button to have the attachment added to the article.

Note: We currently support attachments of different file formats to support Photos, Documents, Videos and Zip files.
