How to create a New Service on your Tandora Knowledge Base account?

  • To create a New Service, click on the 'Manage' section available on the left pane of your Tandora Knowledge Base home screen.
  • In the resultant drop down on the left pane, click on 'Products'.
  • Now you'll be displayed with the resultant Products page on the screen.
  • Click on 'Add Product' button located on the top right corner of the screen.

  • Now 'Create Product' page will appear, where you can add the Product Name and Product Description under the respective fields.

  • You need to add the Product's picture as well by clicking on Choose File button located.
  • After adding all the above 3 fields, click on 'Submit' button to have the Product created on your Knowledge Base account.
  • Now a new Product would be created on your Tandora Knowledge Base account.
  • To Convert this Product into Service, navigate to Manage section located on the left pane.
  • In the resultant drop down option, choose 'General Settings' 
  • Scroll down on the page and in the place of Product Alias, input as 'Service' and click Submit button.

  • Now your Product section would be displayed as Service section.
  • On the Tandora Knowledge Base account, the section will displayed as 'Browse by Service'
  • Similarly you can use the Product alias option and create different sections instead of Product / Service based on your use case.
