How to create a New Product on your Tandora Knowledge Base account?

  • To create a New Product, click on the 'Manage' section available on the left pane of your Tandora Knowledge Base home screen.
  • In the resultant drop down on the left pane, click on 'Products'.
  • Now you'll be displayed with the resultant Products page on the screen.
  • Click on 'Add Product' button located on the top right corner of the screen.

Now 'Create Product' page will appear, where you can add the Product Name and Product Description under the respective fields.

  • You need to add the Product's picture as well by clicking on Choose File button located.
  • After adding all the above 3 fields, click on 'Submit' button to have the Product created on your Knowledge Base account.

Note: If you're not offering products but offering services, then you can follow the same steps in this article to create new service.
